Shipping policy

All prints are professional printed on high quality, heavyweight, acid-free archival white paper. Frames are not included. 

Processing time: 
Your purchased prints will be printed and shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase. All prints are made to order.

Delivery information:
U.S. and Canadian customers: Please allow an additional 1-5 business days after processing for delivery.

United Kingdom and European Union customers: Delivery time within the U.K. is 1-4 working days after your order is processed. EU customers will receive their orders within 3-7 days.

Australia and New Zealand customers: After processing, please allow an additional 7-10 working days for delivery.

Rest of the World: Please allow 10-12 working days for delivery.

Customs & Duty Fees:
Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional costs to meet your country's import regulations if you are located in Canada and the European Union.

I am not responsible for additional fees or delays due to customs and duty processes.

If delivery is attempted and prints are shipped back to me, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

I cannot guarantee these shipping times, but strive to exceed expectations. If you need your prints in a hurry, purchasing the printable (instant download) option is recommended.

How are the prints shipped? 
Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes. Up to 4 pieces per tube for smaller posters and up to 3 pieces per tube for large size posters.

What is your return policy?
Since all shipped artwork is specially made to order, returns or exchanges on print orders cannot be accepted. In the event of shipping damage or receipt of an incorrect order, please get in touch and snap a photo if you can so that I can either expedite a replacement or issue a refund (on a case-by-case basis).
